Overview
DataBased is hiring recruiters for our internal team. These individuals will own full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to contract signature, for our clients across the US, EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple client searches (sourcing → interview → close)
Partner directly with hiring managers to align on profiles, feedback, and hiring decisions
Maintain consistent live communication with candidates throughout the process
Track and manage pipeline metrics, ensuring visibility into performance, areas of improvement and progress
Contribute to a high-performance team environment through collaboration and shared accountability
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in full cycle recruiting, focus on go to market roles preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong track record of hitting hiring goals and managing multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-accountability environment
Strong communication skills, with a preference for live conversations (calls/video) over text-only communication
High work ethic and consistency in execution
Values collaboration and contributes to team success
Additional Details
Location: Colombia or Brazil
Work arrangement: Remote - with quarterly in person team meetings
Travel: Quarterly for internal team meetings

OTE: $28,000 Base salary + performance-based variable compensation (details shared during process)
